Manager, Sales Support

About the role

Cebu Pacific is seeking a dynamic Manager, Sales Support to lead its group sales and commercial support functions. You will shape strategies, policies and systems that drive group booking revenue and enhance the experience for travel partners and passengers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to grow group booking revenue, analyse trends and optimise offers in collaboration with Sales, Revenue Management and Pricing teams.
• Create and maintain policies for ticketing, pricing, payment terms and service levels; design efficient workflow and address partner pain points.
• Act as primary liaison with the group booking tool provider, negotiate contracts, lead system enhancements, UAT, rollout and training.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management, IT, Digital Office, Customer Care, Legal, Finance and other teams; represent the department in system‑related forums.
• Produce dashboards, ad‑hoc reports and productivity metrics for travel partners and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee department OPEX/CAPEX budgets, contract payments, SAP transactions, Anaplan planning and office requisitions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in group sales management and revenue optimisation.
• Strong ability to develop policies, processes and workflow improvements.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and leading system implementation projects.
• Excellent cross‑functional collaboration skills with finance, legal and IT teams.
• Capability to produce analytical reports and monitor key performance indicators.
• Experience handling departmental budgets and financial administration.
