Manager, Research Consulting

About the role

IQVIA is looking for a Manager, Research Consulting in Makati City to lead the design and delivery of consumer health and healthcare insights programs. The role combines market research expertise, commercial leadership, AI-enabled research innovation and people management to help shape IQVIA's Consumer Health business.

Key responsibilities

• Build and grow relationships with key clients across Consumer Health and Healthcare, turn business challenges into insight solutions, and lead proposals, commercial discussions and new business opportunities.
• Lead end-to-end qualitative, quantitative and mixed-method research programs and deliver insights supporting brand, portfolio, innovation and commercial decisions.
• Integrate primary research, market data and analytics into clear business recommendations, ensuring methodological rigor and delivery excellence.
• Embed AI-enabled tools across the research lifecycle and drive adoption of innovative methodologies and analytics.
• Coach and mentor a high-performing team, building consulting, storytelling, client management and commercial capabilities.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to IQVIA quality standards, and manage resource allocation, profitability and project performance.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in market research, insights, consulting or advisory services.
• Strong expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
• Experience leading client engagements and managing research teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Preferred: experience in Consumer Health, OTC, Wellness, Healthcare, FMCG or related sectors, exposure to consulting or insights-driven commercial environments, and familiarity with AI, automation or technology-enabled research approaches.
