Manager, Project & Program Management

About the role

This position is responsible for aligning, evaluating, developing and executing business development projects for the Southeast Asia Business Unit and the Gum, Candy and Beverage categories. It serves as the primary interface between GCB markets and plant operations, logistics, and R&D to drive innovation commercialization, technology improvements, capacity enhancements and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate site change‑management agenda to deliver projects while maintaining service levels.
• Lead special projects that simplify processes, reprioritise work and support productivity improvements.
• Ensure regional and global menu cards are executed and manufacturing hurdle rates are met.
• Assess manufacturing solutions to address supply‑demand gaps across SEA sites.
• Develop manufacturing roadmaps for optimal asset base, cost‑effective sourcing and infrastructure growth.
• Execute and continuously review the SEA BU MSC strategy in partnership with the SEA Business Development Director.
• Coach and build capability of business‑development change coordinators and key stakeholders.
• Provide guidance to site BD teams to improve change processes and foster cooperation with PAM, Quality and R&D.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Extensive experience in project and program management within manufacturing or food‑production environments.
• Proven ability to drive cost‑effectiveness, supply‑chain simplification and de‑complexity.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills to develop cross‑functional teams.
