About the role

The Manager, Spot Quotes 24x7 Centre leads a global operation that provides high‑quality, customer‑focused quotation services across multiple regions, customers and transport modes. The role combines day‑to‑day operational management with long‑term strategic planning, driving continuous improvement, automation and digital solutions while building a high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the 24/7 Spot Quotes Centre, ensuring service quality and adherence to agreed limits.
• Define and execute the long‑term strategy, focusing on automation, optimization and efficiency gains.
• Manage the team’s financial results and resource utilisation, including hiring, training and performance development.
• Develop reporting tools to monitor resource usage and service performance.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships, reporting regularly and influencing senior leaders.

Required profile

• University degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Transportation or a related field.
• Fluent English (minimum C1 level).
• Significant leadership experience in logistics, transportation, pricing or shared‑services environments, with a proven track record of leading large‑scale global teams.
• Demonstrated success in driving transformation, automation and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
