Manager, Asset Owners Solutions

About the role

As a leadership role within Asset Owner Solutions, you will manage a team of 10–20 fund accounting professionals while driving operational excellence, client satisfaction and high‑quality service delivery. You will provide technical and operational guidance, oversee performance and ensure outputs meet client and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of fund accounting professionals, set performance objectives, conduct reviews and support career development.
• Oversee service delivery to ensure accuracy, quality and compliance with service level agreements, regulatory requirements and client‑specific governance standards.
• Manage client relationships and act as escalation point for complex issues, leading discussions and resolving challenges with internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive operational efficiency through resource planning, workload allocation, performance monitoring and continuous process‑improvement initiatives.
• Execute strategic and operational priorities by implementing team initiatives, supporting change management and ensuring adherence to policies, procedures and risk‑management frameworks.

Required profile

• Leadership role within Asset Owner Solutions, responsible for managing a team of fund accounting professionals.
• Experience delivering high‑quality fund accounting services in line with client and regulatory expectations.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and handle escalations.
• Strong focus on operational excellence, resource optimisation and process improvement.
