Manager - Agency Recruitment & Events

About the role

Prudential's Manager Recruitment & Events develops and implements strategic recruitment initiatives, manages recruitment events and leads a team of event officers. The role enhances acquisition efforts through innovative sourcing methods, optimizes event impact and ensures high-quality execution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies that encourage and attract the agency force to recruit, and run regular calibrations with the recruitment team
• Coordinate with work units such as CAM and Marketing on event items, presentations, posters, designs and logos, and approve designs and materials
• Promote Build your Business sessions and similar recruitment platforms across channels, ensuring timely production of videos, posters, banners, email and SMS blasts and social media posts
• Run post-event activities: database management, reports, payment requests, token distribution to resource speakers and budget tracking
• Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies, and continuously improve event processes
• Lead, mentor and manage a team of recruitment event officers, fostering creativity and collaboration
• Oversee logistics and budget allocation for Build your Business sessions and similar platforms
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including Pru Life UK Compliance Standards, and report compliance matters to the Compliance Officer

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
• At least 6 years of experience in recruitment, marketing, sales, training, hospitality services or event management
• Proven experience in recruitment, events management or employer branding
• Preferred: project management and event organization experience or training
