Management Trainee

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Management Trainee to support the smooth operation of our restaurant. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in both front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house functions, helping you develop a solid foundation in hospitality management.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house restaurant operations.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by promoting excellent service and handling complaints professionally.
• Maintain quality control for all food served.
• Project future needs for goods, kitchen supplies, and cleaning products and place orders accordingly.
• Monitor health‑code compliance and sanitation standards.
• Train new employees and provide ongoing training for all staff.

Required profile

• College degree preferred in business or a related field.
• Significant work experience in management and the hospitality industry.
• Strong working knowledge of food and beverage service.
• Front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house experience is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.
• Experience using word processing software.
• Experience using spreadsheet software.
