About the role

East West Banking Corporation is launching its Management Development Program for 2026, aimed at fresh graduates and early‑career professionals who want to fast‑track their banking careers. Participants will rotate through key business areas, gain hands‑on experience, and develop the leadership capabilities needed to drive innovation and transformation within the bank.

Key responsibilities

• Rotate across core banking functions such as retail, corporate, and digital banking.
• Support strategic projects, data‑driven analyses, and client‑facing digital initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions.
• Develop and present business cases, reports, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Participate in mentorship sessions and leadership workshops.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (2024‑2025) in Business, Finance, Statistics, Data Analytics, Digital‑related fields, or similar.
• Consistently strong academic performance and demonstrated learning agility.
• Leadership experience through student councils, NGOs, project teams, or similar activities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with professional maturity.
• Comfort with modern digital tools and data interpretation.
