About the role

The UNIQLO Management Candidate (UMC) program is a 12‑month, full‑time immersion that prepares recent graduates to become store managers and future business leaders. Starting in September 2026, candidates will rotate through key store functions, gaining hands‑on experience in sales, operations, and team leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service that reflects UNIQLO’s values and LifeWear philosophy.
• Manage daily store operations, including inventory control, sales tracking, and visual merchandising.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company standards.
