About the role
Join Primark’s fast‑growing team as a Mall Supervisor, responsible for ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for shoppers and tenants. You will coordinate daily operations, address concerns, and support initiatives that enhance the overall mall experience.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain day‑to‑day cleanliness and safety across the mall premises.
- Monitor employee productivity and organise workflow to ensure efficient operations.
- Respond promptly to tenant and customer inquiries, delivering high‑quality service.
- Achieve 100% collection efficiency for mall-related revenues.
- Collaborate with various departments on projects such as event execution to boost customer satisfaction.
- Handle additional tasks assigned by the operations group, including mall permit applications.
Required profile
- College graduate.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in mall operations or a similar retail environment.
