Mall Engineer – Las Piñas

About the role
The Mall Engineer is responsible for ensuring that all mall equipment and facilities operate smoothly and meet quality standards. This position is based at Robinsons Las Piñas and works on a six‑day weekly schedule. It is ideal for a licensed Mechanical Engineer looking to start a career in facilities management.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain the performance of mall mechanical systems, equipment, and infrastructure.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to avoid downtime.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for repairs and upgrades.
- Document maintenance activities and report any issues to senior engineering staff.
- Assist in implementing safety and quality standards across the mall premises.
Required profile
- Licensed Mechanical Engineer.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
