Maintenance Technician – Makati

About the role

As a Maintenance Technician for CBRE in Makati, you will maintain small to medium‑sized buildings, industrial systems and equipment. The position is part of the Engineering and Technical Services function and focuses on preventive maintenance and repairs.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical and other building systems.
• Conduct routine inspections, diagnose issues and carry out corrective work.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review work orders and track completion using the assigned system.
• Support energy management by ensuring efficient operation of all systems.
• Inspect installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Follow established procedures to solve straightforward problems.

Required profile

• Valid NC2 (Domrac or EIM) certification with 1‑2 years of related experience.
• Physical ability to stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs/ladders and lift ≥ 50 lb.
• Capability to follow basic work routines and standards.
• Clear communication skills for exchanging straightforward information.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational mindset with inquisitive attitude.
