Maintenance Technician – Building Systems

About the role

CBRE is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep of small to medium‑sized buildings and industrial equipment in Lipa City, Batangas. The role involves preventive maintenance, repairs, and ensuring building systems operate efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
• Conduct routine inspections, diagnose issues, and execute corrective actions.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review work orders, track completion, and ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Support energy management by maintaining efficient operation of building systems.

Required profile

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma (or equivalent experience).
• 1‑2 years of related experience in building or facilities maintenance.
• Ability to meet physical demands such as stooping, climbing ladders, and lifting 50 lb loads.
• Basic communication skills and ability to follow standard work routines.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook.
