Maintenance Supervisor

About the role

The Equipment Maintenance Supervisor ensures safe, efficient, and reliable operation of all production and manufacturing equipment. You will lead a team of engineers and technicians, drive preventive maintenance, and support continuous improvement across the plant.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic failures.
• Interpret mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic diagrams for troubleshooting.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
• Drive lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and plant layout planning activities.
• Apply and uphold QMS (ISO 9001), EMS/EHS (ISO 14001), and safety standards.
• Coach engineers and technicians on equipment requirements.
• Prioritize tasks, delegate to cross‑functional teams, and meet production schedules.
• Prepare technical reports and deliver presentations to stakeholders.
• Lead strategic planning and crisis management when equipment issues arise.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics, or Industrial Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience as an Equipment Maintenance Engineer.
• Proven expertise in equipment maintenance processes and technical accessories.
• Experience designing maintenance strategies, fault response, inspections, and spare‑parts management.
• Familiarity with stamping, molding, plating, and assembly machines.
• Strong decision‑making, problem‑solving, and leadership abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of safety regulations and practices.
• Proficient with MS Office and standard communication tools.
