Maintenance Supervisor

About the role

Rebisco is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead its maintenance department in Caloocan. The role ensures that all facilities, equipment and machinery operate safely, efficiently and with minimal downtime.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance activities for the plant’s facilities, equipment and production lines.
• Develop and manage preventive maintenance schedules for all machinery.
• Design and coordinate proposed maintenance projects and upgrades.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of equipment to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Lead, train and mentor maintenance staff, fostering a culture of reliability and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Physically fit and able to work on-site in Caloocan.
• Strong technical knowledge, leadership and problem‑solving abilities.
• Deep understanding of equipment, machinery and system operations.
