Maintenance Service Technician – Alabang

About the role

CBRE is seeking a Maintenance Service Technician to support small‑to‑medium sized buildings and industrial equipment in Alabang, Muntinlupa. You will join the Engineering and Technical Services team, providing preventive maintenance, repairs, and system upgrades to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
• Conduct routine inspections, diagnose issues, and execute corrective actions.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review work orders, track progress, and close tasks using the assigned system.
• Support energy‑management initiatives by keeping systems operating efficiently.
• Inspect installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.

Required profile

• High School diploma, GED, or trade school certificate with 1‑2 years of related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Physical ability to stoop, stand, walk, climb ladders, and lift/carry loads of 50 lb or more.
• Ability to follow standard work routines and procedures.
• Clear communication skills for straightforward information exchange.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational mindset and willingness to learn.
