Machine Operator – Production Line

About the role

The Machine Operator will work on a production line in Canlubang, Laguna, converting raw materials into finished goods for a leading food manufacturing company. The role requires operating and maintaining equipment to meet quality and efficiency standards while working in a shift schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Execute conversion of raw materials into finished products using allocated manpower, tools, and equipment.
• Ensure raw material and finished product quality meets standard specifications.
• Operate and maintain process equipment to achieve optimum efficiency and quality.
• Inspect equipment during production runs and perform routine checks.
• Lift and move heavy equipment as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Mechanical/Electrical Technology, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience operating machines or handling production equipment.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in food manufacturing or semiconductor industry, or relevant internship.
• Ability to work in hot and/or cold environments.
• Willingness to work on a rotating shift schedule in Canlubang.
