M&A Analyst – Healthcare Acquisitions

About the role

This is a hands‑on M&A Analyst position embedded in a leading hospital acquisition platform in the Philippines. You will work directly with senior leadership and international investors on majority‑stake deals that shape the country’s healthcare landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end deal execution from target identification through post‑close handover.
• Build and stress‑test dynamic financial models and valuations for live transactions.
• Coordinate diligence across legal, tax, financial, and commercial workstreams.
• Prepare investment committee decks, integration memos, and internal strategy briefs.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with advisors, banks, and internal leaders.
• Contribute to building a national healthcare platform with operational and clinical impact.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in M&A, investment banking, private equity, or corporate development with live deal exposure.
• Financial fluency – comfortable building, breaking, and explaining models.
• Structured thinker with strong commercial instinct.
• Excellent written communication and presentation skills.
• Highly driven, able to thrive under tight deadlines and irregular hours.
• Flexible, coachable, and low‑ego yet self‑competitive.
