Luxury Travel Consultant – Destination Weddings

About the role

Wedded Wonderland is looking for a Luxury Travel Consultant to provide high‑touch, concierge‑level support for destination weddings, honeymoons and related guest travel. You will work closely with senior luxury travel specialists, wedding planners, venues and global travel partners to ensure seamless, multi‑party travel experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate travel itineraries for weddings, honeymoons, guest travel and post‑event extensions, including accommodation, transfers and experience arrangements.
• Maintain accurate, date‑aligned travel components for group and event‑based travel.
• Communicate professionally with guests, planners and partners via WhatsApp, email and phone, providing discreet and culturally sensitive support.
• Monitor active bookings during assigned shifts, identify potential conflicts, resolve standard issues and escalate complex matters.
• Log bookings, guest details and communications in internal CRM systems and keep client‑ready documentation up to date.
• Coordinate with hotels, transfer providers and local service partners, representing Wedded Wonderland in all interactions.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury travel, concierge services, hospitality operations or related fields.
• Proven ability to manage complex itineraries and group travel.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays during live wedding periods.
