Lubricants Dispatcher – Talisay City

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Lubricants Dispatcher to manage the timely release of lubricants from our Talisay City warehouse. You will ensure accurate inventory tracking, process sales orders and coordinate with delivery teams to guarantee smooth order fulfillment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor all inbound and outbound inventory transactions to maintain real‑time visibility.
• Review and process approved Sales Orders through NetSuite, ensuring proper documentation before release.
• Cross‑check pending and incoming orders to confirm product availability and avoid errors.
• Arrange and store products according to SKU identification and established storage schemes.
• Conduct regular inventory counts, reconcile variances, and maintain accurate stock records.
• Record all inventory movements (receipts and issuances) in shared templates or systems.
• Generate and organize required releasing documents such as Picking Lists, Delivery Receipts (DRs), and MRIFs.
• Collect customer‑acknowledged DRs from delivery teams to confirm deliveries.
• Use digital tools to track approved requests and monitor unlifted orders for timely fulfillment.
• Propose enhancements for product insurance and inventory systems to improve operational efficiency.

Required profile

• College graduate.
• Willing to be assigned in Talisay City, Cebu.

Required skills

• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems.
