About the role
We are looking for a Loyalty & Direct Marketing Manager to lead the growth of customer engagement using email, SMS and rewards initiatives. The position is fully remote, permanent and full‑time, based in Metro Manila, Philippines. It offers a dayshift schedule and a permanent work‑from‑home arrangement, allowing the manager to collaborate virtually with the marketing team.
Key responsibilities
- Drive customer engagement by planning, creating and executing email communications that resonate with target audiences.
- Develop and manage SMS campaigns that complement email efforts and boost interaction rates.
- Design, implement and oversee reward programs that encourage loyalty and repeat business.
Required profile
- Professional experience in loyalty and direct marketing.
