Logistics Operations Operator – Billing & Documentation

About the role

As a Logistics Operations Operator you will coordinate and monitor day‑to‑day logistics activities within the project logistics segment, ensuring smooth flow of goods and accurate billing and documentation for industrial projects.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments according to company and client requirements.
• Collaborate with warehouses, carriers and customers to optimise logistics operations.
• Monitor shipments, identify and resolve transit or handling issues proactively.
• Prepare and verify shipping, customs and inventory documentation for compliance.
• Support billing, reporting and other administrative tasks related to project logistics.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and service quality.
• Communicate updates and challenges effectively with all stakeholders.
• Contribute to risk assessment and mitigation activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (any field).
• Experience in logistics operations, preferably in project or industrial logistics.
• Strong organisational skills, ability to multitask and high attention to detail.
• Team‑oriented, autonomous and adaptable in a fast‑paced environment.
• Professional English communication skills.
• Proactive problem‑solver with an operational mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency in logistics systems.
• Microsoft Office.
