Logistics Officer (Cagayan De Oro)

About the role

The Logistics Officer will oversee the efficient movement, storage, and distribution of products for our operations in Cagayan De Oro. You will ensure timely deliveries, accurate inventory control, and cost‑effective logistics while collaborating closely with internal teams, warehouses, and third‑party providers.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily inbound and outbound shipments.
• Ensure on‑time delivery to warehouses, dealers, and customers.
• Track shipments, resolve delays, and maintain proactive communication.
• Coordinate stock receiving, storage, and dispatch with warehouse teams.
• Monitor inventory levels, support replenishment planning, and minimize discrepancies.
• Work with transport providers and 3PL partners to schedule deliveries and optimise routes.
• Prepare logistics documents such as delivery receipts, invoices, and shipment records.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulations.
• Monitor logistics costs, identify reduction opportunities, and recommend process improvements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Demand Planning, Procurement, and Customer Service to provide delivery updates and support new projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain.
• Experience in FMCG, retail, or appliance industry is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, highly organised and able to work under pressure.
• Willingness to travel to warehouse sites when required.
