Logistics Officer – Cagayan De Oro

About the role

The Logistics Officer will oversee the efficient movement, storage, and distribution of products for our operations in Cagayan De Oro. You will ensure timely deliveries, accurate inventory control, and cost‑effective logistics while coordinating closely with internal teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and monitor daily inbound and outbound shipments.
• Ensure on‑time delivery to warehouses, dealers and customers.
• Track shipments, proactively resolve delays or issues.
• Coordinate stock receiving, storage and dispatch with warehouse teams.
• Monitor inventory levels, maintain accurate stock records and support replenishment planning.
• Work with transport providers and 3PL partners to schedule deliveries and optimise routes.
• Prepare logistics documents such as delivery receipts, invoices and shipment records.
• Monitor logistics costs, identify reduction opportunities and recommend process improvements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Demand Planning, Procurement and Customer Service to provide delivery updates and address logistics concerns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations or supply chain.
• Experience in FMCG, retail or appliance industry is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, highly organised and able to work under pressure.
• Willingness to travel to warehouse sites as needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or NERP.
