Logistics Coordinator – Night Shift

About the role

MicroSourcing is seeking a proactive Logistics Coordinator to join its night‑shift team at the Harton Corporate Centre in Parañaque. You will act as the central point of contact for carriers, brokers, warehouse staff, and internal operations, ensuring smooth freight movement and timely communication.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to a high volume of daily emails from carriers, brokers, and internal teams.
• Track live load updates, obtain pickup and delivery timelines, and communicate ETAs.
• Distribute Bills of Lading and shipping documents to relevant parties.
• Process schedule changes, appointment reschedules, and date adjustments across systems.
• Remove or reassign underperforming or cancelled carriers to maintain freight flow.
• Make limited outbound calls to resolve time‑sensitive operational issues.
• Update load statuses, interaction logs, and records in TMS and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
• Collaborate with freight and warehouse teams to identify workflow improvements and resolve root‑cause challenges.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of operational experience in a fast‑paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage hundreds of operational emails daily with speed and clarity.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset for handling shipping disruptions, carrier cancellations, and scheduling delays.
• Proficiency with PC and MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
