About the role
PSA BDP is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join its Manila operations on a full‑time, on‑site basis. The role focuses on coordinating daily logistics activities, managing inventory, and ensuring timely deliveries while delivering excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate daily logistics operations and monitor shipment progress.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct stock reconciliations, and update records.
- Ensure on‑time deliveries to customers and resolve any delivery issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimise supply‑chain processes.
- Maintain compliance with logistics and transportation regulations.
Required profile
- Analytical mindset with strong inventory‑management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
- Proven experience in supply‑chain or logistics management.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CargoWise software.
- Proficiency with SAP.
