About the role
3M is seeking a Logistics Analyst to join its supply chain team in Taguig. You will support daily logistics and transportation operations while ensuring data accuracy and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Execute and support daily supply chain, logistics, and transportation activities.
- Perform system transactions and manage data using SAP/EWM.
- Maintain accuracy and integrity of operational and master data.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and customer service teams to resolve process issues.
- Support process standardization and continuous improvement projects.
- Document procedures and adhere to established operational guidelines.
- Assist in troubleshooting system or process‑related concerns.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (1–2 years) in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in written and verbal English.
- Experience working with SAP and/or Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) systems.
- Background in supply chain, transportation, or logistics operations.
- Familiarity with Master Data Management is a plus.
