Logistics Analyst – Global Transportation Optimization

About the role

Teradyne is seeking a Logistics Analyst to help optimize its global transportation network. The role focuses on cost reduction, mode selection, transit lead‑times, and service quality through data‑driven analysis and negotiations with forwarders.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and improve the CSO global transportation network for cost, mode, lead‑time, and service quality.
• Establish and maintain transportation and customs compliance processes, including PEZA and Customs requirements.
• Coordinate across the supply chain to identify cost‑saving and performance‑enhancing opportunities.
• Work with the Order Fulfillment group to set appropriate Incoterms, review Letters of Credit, and generate manufacturing certificates.
• Communicate shipment details with TER Forwarders and update the Global Freight Lead‑Metric/KPI Dashboard.
• Support the team in resolving operational issues with service providers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 2‑3 years of experience in transportation, warehousing, or global logistics.
• Knowledge of import/export processes, trade compliance, and HS/tariff code classification.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines.
• Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
