About the role

The Livestream Producer & Operator for AnyLive leads end‑to‑end production of AI‑driven live shows, from concept and scripting to real‑time broadcast. You will ensure seamless AI integration, manage technical execution, and use performance data to continuously improve future productions.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate all production elements, including graphics, visual assets, and technical infrastructure, to guarantee smooth AI integration.
• Collaborate with AI development teams to define AI character capabilities and avatars.
• Write natural‑sounding dialogue and design conversational flows for AI hosts that match the show’s narrative.
• Direct live broadcasts, overseeing live‑to‑VOD recording, stream quality, and audio/video synchronization.
• Analyze AI performance metrics with data scientists and lead brainstorming sessions to enhance creative and technical aspects of future shows.

Required profile

• Proven experience in creative writing, screenwriting, or copywriting, especially for a defined character or voice.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to make decisive decisions in a high‑pressure live environment.
• Flexibility to work shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays, to match live show timings.
