Licensed Pharmacist – Remote US Operations

About the role

We are looking for a Licensed Pharmacist to serve as a US Pharmacy Operations & Training Specialist. Working remotely from the Philippines, you will act as the internal subject‑matter expert on US pharmacy workflows, regulations, and performance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth research on US pharmacy operations, regulatory changes, staffing structures and best practices.
• Map and define all key pharmacy roles, responsibilities, workflows and interdependencies.
• Document daily, weekly and monthly tasks for each role and establish relevant KPIs.
• Develop training manuals, SOPs, onboarding guides and reference materials based on research findings.
• Monitor updates to US pharmacy regulations, insurance systems and software platforms, and keep documentation current.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD).
• Active pharmacist license in India or the Philippines.
• 1–3 years of clinical or corporate pharmacy experience.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently on a US Pacific Time schedule.
