Licensed Architect – Design & Project Management

About the role

We are seeking a licensed architect to join our design team in Makati City. The role involves creating accurate architectural drawings, integrating engineering considerations, and supporting projects from concept through construction.

Key responsibilities

• Apply fundamental drawing standards and conventions to ensure accurate representation.
• Produce plans, elevations, sections, and perspectives using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion and other CAD tools.
• Incorporate engineering inputs into architectural designs and develop detailed drawings that communicate design intent.
• Manage the full design process, from conceptualization to implementation, and conduct site visits to address project queries.
• Prepare reports for project architects, managers, and partners as required.
• Collaborate with engineers to resolve issues and ensure coordinated, efficient drawings.
• Present design concepts to clients through floor plans, perspectives and other visual media.
• Consistently meet project deadlines and quality targets.

Required profile

• Licensed architect with 3‑5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of code compliance, engineering trades and construction processes.
• Pro‑active, able to work under pressure and long hours.
• Willing to work in Makati City and to undergo further training.
