About the role
We are seeking a Senior Legal Manager to provide expert advice on transactions, mergers & acquisitions, project financing and legal compliance for our renewable energy operations.
Key responsibilities
- Advise on corporate transactions and M&A activities.
- Structure and negotiate project financing agreements.
- Ensure compliance with local and international renewable energy regulations.
- Draft, review and manage contracts, licences and permits.
- Support cross‑functional teams on legal risk assessment.
Required profile
- Qualified lawyer with several years of experience in corporate and energy law.
- Proven track record in M&A and project finance transactions.
- Strong understanding of Philippine legal framework for renewable energy.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
