About the role
We are seeking a qualified Legal Counsel to join one of our affiliate companies. The successful candidate will handle a broad range of legal matters, supporting both litigation and corporate functions.

- Pleading & Documentation
- Court Appearances
- Legal Research
- Case Management
- Client Coordination
- Discovery & Evidence
- Property Administration
- Corporate Housekeeping
Required profile
- Bachelor of Laws Degree or Juris Doctor
- Extensive training and/or specialized certification
- Member of the IBP in good standing (notarial commission a plus)
- 3-5 years’ experience in litigation and law office work
- Experience in real estate and corporate housekeeping (a plus)
