Legal Counsel

About the role
We are seeking a qualified Legal Counsel to join one of our affiliate companies. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive legal support across litigation, corporate housekeeping and real‑estate matters, ensuring compliance and effective case management.
Key responsibilities
- Pleading and preparing legal documentation.
- Representing the company in court appearances.
- Conducting legal research and analysis.
- Managing cases and coordinating with clients.
- Overseeing discovery processes and handling evidence.
- Administering property‑related legal matters.
- Supporting corporate housekeeping activities.
Required profile
- Bachelor of Laws degree or Juris Doctor, with extensive training or specialized certification.
- Member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) in good standing; notarial commission is a plus.
- 3‑5 years of experience in litigation and law‑office environments.
- Experience in real‑estate law and corporate housekeeping is advantageous.
