About the role
The Legal Counsel will provide comprehensive legal support for property operations, ensuring compliance with local and national regulations. This role involves advising internal teams, managing contracts, and mitigating legal risks associated with real‑estate activities.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and ensure compliance with property‑related regulations and national laws.
- Draft, review, and negotiate leases, vendor agreements, and service contracts.
- Address legal concerns from various departments and provide practical solutions.
- Identify legal risks, propose mitigation strategies, and develop policies to reduce exposure.
- Prepare and maintain accurate legal documentation and reports.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external counsel, communicating legal advice clearly.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Law and Juris Doctor (JD).
- Admitted to practice law in the Philippines.
- Extensive experience in property law, regulatory compliance, and contract management.
- Strong knowledge of property‑related regulations and legal principles.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a proactive problem‑solving approach.
- Willingness to work on‑site in Binangonan, Rizal.
