Legal Counsel

About the role

The Legal Counsel will join Jollibee Group's Philippine legal team, providing corporate legal support to assigned business units and brands. The role covers corporate housekeeping, labor and employment matters, contract drafting and review, compliance management, and advice on commercial transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage assigned legal practice areas based on project and business needs.
• Provide legal support to business units, support services, and functions, including operational and project‑related matters.
• Handle corporate housekeeping, labor and employment issues, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Draft, review and negotiate digital contracts and other commercial agreements.
• Advise on commercial transactions and support data‑privacy compliance initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Laws or Juris Doctor degree.
• Minimum 3 years of legal practice in a top‑tier law firm or corporate legal department.
• Experience reviewing digital contracts; familiarity with data‑privacy matters is preferred.
• Willingness to work in Ortigas, Pasig under a hybrid work setup.
