Legal and Compliance Officer

About the role

RedDoorz Philippines is looking for a dedicated Legal and Compliance Officer to join its fast‑growing, technology‑driven hotel management platform. Reporting directly to the Head of Legal (General Counsel), you will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure the company meets all regulatory requirements and upholds the highest ethical standards.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the company’s Compliance Officer, monitoring compliance with regulatory bodies such as SEC, BIR, LGU, DTI, etc.
• Lead departments in fulfilling compliance requirements for business partnerships.
• Design and deliver compliance training and events across the organization.
• Maintain and organize corporate, legal, and compliance documentation, ensuring it is current and accessible.
• Execute legal functions, facilitate government applications, and support the Head of Legal on ad‑hoc matters.

Required profile

• Proven experience in legal and compliance roles within the Philippines.
• Strong understanding of Philippine regulatory requirements.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• High ethical standards, integrity, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Graduate of Legal Management or related field; law student or law graduate preferred.
