Learning Program Coordinator

About the role

The Learning Program Coordinator supports the delivery of impactful learning and development initiatives that drive employee growth and business performance. Reporting to the Learning Program Manager, this individual contributor ensures smooth coordination of training activities and enhances the overall learner experience.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning, scheduling, logistics and communications for learning programs.
• Assist in implementing training initiatives aligned with the organization’s learning strategy.
• Coordinate virtual and in‑person sessions, prepare materials and track participant attendance.
• Maintain learning systems and ensure accurate data on participation, attendance and completion.
• Monitor key metrics, generate basic reports and dashboards for program evaluation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver learning solutions.
• Assist in evaluating training effectiveness and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Provide administrative and operational support for related projects, meetings and communications.
• Ensure learning activities comply with internal policies, processes and quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Learning & Development or related field preferred).
• 0–2 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to coordinate programs and support administrative and operational processes.
• Basic analytical skills to track and interpret data.
