Learning Delivery Facilitator

About the role

The Learning Delivery Facilitator joins the Learning Team to design, deliver, and improve certification training for independent contractor agents. You will lead virtual onboarding sessions, monitor graduation rates, and adjust learning activities based on performance data.

Key responsibilities

• Implement certification best practices across assigned programs.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to coordinate learning activities.
• Develop and deliver engaging virtual training content.
• Analyze class results, identify trends, and refine delivery methods.
• Mentor new team members and contract facilitators.
• Create and distribute agent communications through appropriate channels.
• Support agents with system troubleshooting and answer queries.
• Participate in special projects and additional duties as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5‑7 years of experience in project management, mentoring, or lead roles.
• 5‑7 years of training experience, preferably virtual.
• Proven ability to develop learning activities and content.
• Experience working directly with internal and external partners.
• Strong multitasking skills and adaptability to changing directions.
