Learning Delivery Coordinator (Compliance)

About the role

EY is hiring a Learning Delivery Coordinator (VTH) in Taguig, Philippines, to provide operational support for Learning Compliance. The role covers recurring administrative, reporting, database maintenance and learner tracking activities, including processing learner updates, supporting learning assignments, preparing compliance reports, administering SharePoint updates and keeping learner records accurate.

Key responsibilities

• Learner assignment support: update learner profiles, process new hires, transfers, leaves and departures, maintain assignment records, track completion and process approved changes to learner requirements
• Update survey responses, maintain change logs and process approved corrections
• Prepare communications, follow up on missing information and support compliance-related inquiries
• Refresh completion reports, validate data accuracy, monitor reporting errors, maintain documentation and escalate issues for review
• Support non-compliance monitoring
• Prepare learner-facing compliance files, maintain version control, support publication activities and archive historical records
• Conduct validation checks

Required profile

• Learning administration experience
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills

• Advanced Excel
• Preferred: experience with SuccessFactors, SharePoint and Microsoft Office
