Learning Business Partner – Digital & Transferable Skills

About the role

We are looking for a Learning Business Partner – Digital & Transferable Skills reporting to the Regional Learning & Development Manager, based out of the NBS Center in Manila. The role will drive the roll‑out of digital, AI and transferable‑skills learning solutions across the zone and act as a performance accelerator for the business.

Key responsibilities

• Define organisational, team and individual digital, AI and transferable‑skills needs and create rollout plans in partnership with markets and corporate functions.
• Lead the digitalisation of learning, ensuring content is accessible, scalable and aligned with modern digital practices.
• Develop and deploy AI‑powered learning agents to provide personalised, on‑demand support for learners and people managers.
• Organise, deliver and co‑deliver zone‑level development solutions, including digital skills, transferable skills and team‑effectiveness interventions.
• Collaborate with Learning Experience Designers, Development, Deployment and Analytics teams to monitor impact and align solutions with business results.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Organisational Psychology, Education, Human Resources, Technology or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing complex learning programmes with measurable impact.
• Proven track record in conceptualising and driving capability building for digital and AI solutions.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning theory and experience evaluating learning effectiveness.
• Experience leading change‑management initiatives related to learning and development.
