Learning and Development Specialist

About the role

The Learning and Development Specialist will design, deliver, and evaluate training programs for employees across Novateur Coffee Concepts Inc. This full‑time, on‑site position in Makati supports the company’s commitment to service excellence and brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assess training needs and develop learning programs aligned with business goals.
• Create instructional materials, manage learning schedules, and coordinate with department leaders.
• Facilitate workshops, coaching sessions, onboarding, and other training events.
• Monitor training effectiveness, maintain learning records, and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business or related field (preferred).
• Experience in retail, hospitality or customer‑service environments is an advantage.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities to engage diverse teams.
• Ability to work onsite, manage multiple initiatives and adapt to a fast‑paced setting.

Required skills

• Learning Management (organising calendars, tracking attendance, evaluating outcomes).
• Instructional Design – creating clear, engaging training modules.
• Proficiency with digital tools and basic office software for training design and documentation.
