Learning and Development Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Learning and Development Specialist to design, develop and deliver technical training programs that enhance employee skills, performance and productivity. The role will lead training initiatives across the organization and support continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop technical training curricula and modules aligned with business needs.
• Deliver classroom and virtual training sessions, acting as a subject‑matter expert where required.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis, competency assessments and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Lead leadership initiatives related to the company’s training and development strategy.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to address organizational issues and ensure training aligns with performance goals.

Required profile

• Graduate of a four‑year degree program.
• Minimum 2 years of experience delivering technical training.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a passion for teaching.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively across departments.
