Learning and Development Associate

About the role

The Learning and Development Associate will support the Manila Hub of GES Employee Services by delivering learning administration services that meet established KPIs and SLAs. This role ensures consistent, compliant handling of class management, reporting, and inquiry resolution while safeguarding confidential HR data.

Key responsibilities

• Provide learning administration services in line with agreed KPIs and SLAs.
• Follow work instructions to maintain consistency and policy compliance.
• Manage class schedules, generate reports, and handle learner inquiries via ServiceNow.
• Respond promptly to inquiries, ensuring accurate and timely resolution.
• Collaborate with the Leadership Team to achieve training and development objectives.
• Identify continuous‑improvement opportunities and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain confidentiality of personnel data and sensitive HR information.
• Adapt to varying shift or schedule requirements to meet real‑time business needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and results‑orientation.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and with diverse stakeholders.
• Commitment to understanding and meeting internal customer needs.
• Willingness to contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ServiceNow for inquiry management.
