Leadership Training Officer

About the role

The Leadership Training Officer designs and implements training strategies that boost performance across the organization. Reporting to senior management, this role oversees training delivery, evaluates outcomes, and ensures resources are used efficiently to foster a strong learning culture.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and assess current and future training needs through job analysis and performance consulting.
• Design, deliver, and evaluate a variety of training programs using methods such as mentoring, coaching, and simulations.
• Conduct orientation sessions and create detailed reports, analyzing data to measure impact.
• Provide ongoing business development opportunities, resolve issues, and tailor interventions as required.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of training trends, best practices, and resource planning.
• Assist in hiring, onboarding, and coaching new personnel to uphold high service standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 4 years of call‑center experience and 3 years of training experience.
• Strong communication, customer‑service orientation, and computer literacy.
• Proven ability in module/course design, training needs analysis, and evaluation.
• Excellent work ethic, problem‑solving, decision‑making, and knowledge of process improvement, conflict management, and change management.
• Experience as a subject‑matter expert in training with a track record of designing and executing programs.
