Leadership Coordinator – Hybrid Evening Shift

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Leadership Coordinator to support a US‑based leadership team from our hybrid office in Pasig City. Working the evening shift, you will act as the behind‑the‑scenes hub that ensures daily operations run smoothly and challenges are resolved promptly.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative and logistical support to senior leaders across time zones.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and manage follow‑ups.
• Handle correspondence, documentation, and data entry with high accuracy.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and briefing materials.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues quickly.

Required profile

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to work independently during evening hours.
• Comfortable using standard office software and collaboration tools.
