Lead Talent Acquisition (Sourcing) – Assistant Manager

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position in Taguig reports as an Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition (Sourcing). You will own the end‑to‑end recruitment cycle, from sourcing and engaging passive talent to interviewing and hiring, while also driving employer‑branding initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for critical, niche and volume roles, building talent pools for future needs.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand requirements, provide market insights and support workforce planning.
• Identify and engage passive candidates using advanced search techniques, Boolean queries and networking.
• Recommend and implement best‑practice sourcing tools and processes, tracking metrics such as pipeline health and time‑to‑source.
• Guide junior sourcing specialists, sharing techniques, tools and market intelligence.
• Leverage ATS, CRM and other sourcing platforms while ensuring compliance with data‑privacy and recruitment policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment, preferably in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
• Strong communication, stakeholder‑management and analytical abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to provide market intelligence, candidate engagement and data‑driven decision making.
