Lead Project Administrator

About the role

We are seeking a Lead Project Administrator to oversee the planning, execution and delivery of complex IT projects. The role will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage project schedules and ensure successful implementation of software and infrastructure solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans using MS Project or Project Online.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks and issues, and report status to stakeholders.
• Coordinate procurement, outsourcing and vendor activities for IT capital projects.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams, business owners and external partners.
• Prioritize competing demands, negotiate timelines and resolve conflicts to keep projects on track.
• Support the delivery of software solutions following SDLC and Agile practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of proven project management experience in IT, including software solution delivery or infrastructure/network projects.
• At least 3 years of experience with the Software Development Life Cycle and Agile delivery methods.
• Demonstrated ability to lead project teams, manage risks, and handle vendor relationships.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Project and/or Project Online.
• Experience using Microsoft 365 tools, especially SharePoint.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and SDLC processes.
