Lead or Senior Engineer, Roads

About the role
Aurecon is seeking a Lead or Senior Engineer to join its Transport – Roads team. You will help deliver innovative and sustainable road and transport design solutions for international projects, contributing to the design and delivery of major highway infrastructure.
Key responsibilities
- Provide civil engineering expertise for major road and highway projects.
- Liaise with internal teams and clients to ensure project alignment.
- Assist in proposal writing and support project management activities.
- Manage technical components of projects and ensure quality deliverables.
- Prepare and review technical reports with clarity and precision.
Required profile
- Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Chartered status or willingness to work towards CPEng/RPEQ.
- Approximately six years of relevant experience in highways and road projects.
- Experience working with local government and both public and private sector clients.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
