Lead Generation Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Lead Generation Representative to join our call‑center team in Cebu. The role focuses on outbound calling, qualifying prospects and setting appointments in a fast‑paced, night‑shift environment.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls following a scripted flow, navigate gatekeepers and ask pre‑qualifying questions.
• Provide accurate information about products or services when required.
• Maintain a high level of call quality and meet or exceed daily/weekly lead generation targets.
• Record call outcomes and update the CRM system with precise details.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months experience in a BPO or outbound lead‑generation/appointment‑setting role.
• Excellent spoken and written English with a neutral or American accent.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and attention to detail in typing and spelling.
• Energetic, confident personality willing to work full‑time night shift.
